An auto worker takes an air-cooled engine of a Volkswagen van, at the
company's factory in Sao Bernardo do Campo, 20 miles south of Sao Paulo,
Brazil, on Tuesday, Dec. 13, 2005. VW is churning out about 200 Kombi
"Silver Edition" models for collectors outfitted with historic air-cooled
engine, as the company is now being forced to change for water-cooled models
due to a new Brazilian emission law to reduce pollution that goes into
